Nicole Elliott is a licensed clinical social worker who has worked in various positions in the mental health field for more than 2 decades. After losing her oldest child to gun violence on March 19, 2019, Nicole founded the Marcus Jackson Project which is a non-profit organization that works to increase awareness of the violence epidemic and to offer prevention and support to individuals and communities that have been impacted by violence. In addition to being a clinician, Nicole is a motivational speaker, life coach, and spiritual being who aspires to inspire others that have been affected by violence.
